Why your feedback isn't being heard or acted upon?
It could be because you're overwhelming your team members with too many changes at once.
People's attention span is decreasing day by day. We can blame social media for that later but you need to remember that people can only concentrate on a limited number of things at once.

The solution is to concentrate on one area for improvement at a time.
For example, suppose you are providing feedback to a team member about their communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. Instead of giving feedback on all three areas at once, start with the most important one. In this case, it might be communication skills. Once you have provided feedback and seen some progress in this area, you can then move on to time management and attention to detail.
Another benefit of focusing on one area for improvement at a time is that it allows us to be more specific and detailed in our feedback. When we provide feedback on multiple areas, we may only have time to give general feedback. But this way it will be specific & detailed.
What are some strategies you are using to help your team members remember your feedback?
