Why learning is important for a leader?
The world is changing rapidly. I think the best statement is that the world is progressing rapidly. The things we thought relevant to progress in career came in questionable state.

For example when I used to take interviews of freshers I used to ask questions like “write a program to print fibonacci series using recursion”. Now I can’t ask questions especially in a virtual interview because I don’t know if he/she is giving answers or ChatGPT.
Likewise there is no point in writing simple code. GitHub copilot x is there to do that. It’s up to you to deny the progress or make use of it.
Good leaders always stay receptive to new ideas because they understand that there's always more to learn, no matter how skilled they already are. Learning is crucial for personal growth and leaders who value ongoing education inspire and motivate those around them to do the same.
What steps do you take to ensure that you & those around you are motivated to keep learning and developing their skills?
