A leader who assumes that they have all the answers may miss out on valuable input from their team members, leading to suboptimal decision-making.
A leader who assumes that his/her employees are motivated solely by financial rewards and that increasing their pay is the only way to keep them engaged due to that they miss valuing work-life balance, opportunities for career advancement, and recognition for their achievements which leads to a disengaged and unmotivated team.

How are you going to challenge your assumptions and seek out new perspectives to inform your decision-making process?
