What Running Taught Me: Overcoming Challenges and Growing
When I started running more than 10 km, adding another 5 km caused problems. At first, I got rashes between my thighs. Talking to others, I realized that wearing the right clothes like track pants and tights could help.

As I increased to 20 kms, I faced chest rashes, and at 25 kms, even bleeding. When I asked people I knew, many hadn't run more than 15 km, so they were unfamiliar with it. Some suggested I was overdoing it and should avoid long distances. After some research, I found out I needed a different type of tight vest.
These challenges showed me the importance of proper clothing and understanding my body. Each obstacle taught me something new. Instead of thinking I couldn't handle it, I sought advice from those who had experience and learned from it.
Life works the same way. New things come with challenges, but challenges don't mean you're failing. They mean you have a chance to learn and adjust. Remember, true failure only happens if you quit. Until then, every step you take is a chance to learn or succeed. Keep moving forward! 💪🌈
