What role pushed you most out of your comfort zone and what you learned from it?
So many are there but if you ask me what the oldest one you can recall is then I will say Final year engineering project. When I got the project for the first 2 weeks I feared like anything because it was a research project and nobody was there to teach or support me.

Learned Matlab by myself & with the help of Yugandhar sir I was able to complete a project on Image Compression. Never lead a team. That's also another challenge. Instead of learning how to be a good leader, I behaved like a Jerk to my team members.
I did the whole project by myself. One of my team members Prathyusha offered help so many times and stayed with me to work together but I always said no to her.
I completed that project but lost as a friend and leader. It taught me 2 things. Thanks to Yugandhar sir & Sri Sailaja.
1. Yugandhar sir taught me this “If you are willing to learn any new things first stop panicking. If you panic your whole energy goes there and nothing moves further. Take a deep breath and start small, keep learning, ask doubts to those who are ahead of you and don’t give up. Eventually, you will figure out the way.”
2. Sri Sailaja taught me this “If no one is there to cheer for you when you achieve something that achievement has no meaning. You know something doesn’t make you an amazing person but sharing it with others will.”
Thank you Yugandhar Sir & Sri Sailaja for teaching me these amazing lessons.
Sorry Prathyusha for being a Jerk & Thank you for bearing with me.
