The quality of your life is a direct reflection of the quality of the questions you are asking yourself ― Anthony Robbins
Let's take an example of a person who is going through a difficult time in their career. If they ask themselves questions like, "Why does this always happen to me?" or "Why am I not good enough for this job?" they are likely to feel demotivated, anxious, and insecure. These questions focus on the negative aspects and limit the person's perspective, making it harder to find a solution or move forward.

In contrast, if they ask empowering questions like, "What skills and strengths do I have that can help me overcome this challenge?" or "What opportunities can I explore to improve my career prospects?" they are more likely to feel motivated, confident, and creative. These questions help them focus on their resources and possibilities, expanding their perspective and enabling them to take positive actions towards their goals.
What are some disempowering questions you catch yourself asking, and how can you reframe them to be more empowering?
