The Power of Limiting Beliefs: How Childhood Experiences Shape Our Lives
Our beliefs have such a power that they will keep us under their spell for our whole life.

Let me tell you an example. Whenever you observe an elephant at a temple or somewhere outside the jungle, usually its master uses a normal rope and ties it to a small tree or pole. Elephants don't even try to break it because when it's a calf that rope & pole/tree is enough to hold. It formed a limiting belief that it can't break it so it never tries in future.
Likewise, I know a couple of people who have had bad experiences talking to a girl in their childhood. They believe that they are not good at talking to girls and they carry that belief for their whole life.
What beliefs have you carried from your childhood? Ask yourself, are they still true?
