Leaders are like Thermostats they have the power to set the temperature, I mean the energy of their team.

Positive Energy, Positive Results:
I learned this from Amit Jain. Whenever we used to have a meeting with Amit Jain after the meeting we used to feel like we have this energy like we can break through walls. We used to pump up like that. I told him once about this he said yeah because that's what the energy I am harnessing in myself & projecting to you all.
A well-known example of a leader harnessing energy is Jeff Bezos of Amazon. The company's customer-centric approach is a result of Bezos' obsession with it. His energy and focus have shaped the entire organization.
Negative Energy, Negative Impact:
Conversely, when a leader consistently displays negativity, micromanagement, or a lack of communication, it creates a toxic work environment.
One single meeting can change our energy levels. We've all experienced those disastrous meetings where we leave feeling like we want to bang our heads to the wall.
As a leader remember you are a temperature setter. You possess the power to influence the energy, morale, and overall atmosphere within your team. Take a moment to reflect on the kind of team and environment you want to cultivate. Get that clarity, Be that and project that energy.
You will get the results based on what energy you are harnessing and projecting.
