Despite our best intentions, there are limits to what we can achieve in helping others. Sometimes, you may encounter individuals who are not ready or willing to take responsibility for their growth and progress. It can be frustrating when your efforts don't seem to have an impact, but it's okay. You must understand and accept that you cannot make someone successful if they are not willing to put in the effort themselves.
Perhaps they have different goals or they are not finding joy in the current journey. Don't blame yourself for this.
Our role as leaders is to provide support, guidance and encourage personal responsibility.
