The Balance between Persistence and Adaptability: Key Ingredients for Success
Almost everyone will say don't give up. It doesn't mean whatever right now you are doing continue doing even when you are not getting results. According to me, It means staying focused on your goal but at the same be open to exploring different ways to get there.

Embrace Adaptability:
adjust, change, and evolve when you are faced with challenges or unforeseen circumstances. Remember that our initial plan may not always be the best or most effective way to reach our goal. Instead of stubbornly holding onto a failing plan, we should be willing to reassess, learn from our mistakes, and explore alternative paths.
People will give this example: Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before inventing the light bulb. We all know what Thomas Edison said about it "I have not failed 10,000 times—I've successfully found 10,000 ways that will not work.". Every time he failed to explore a different path, he didn't repeat the same thing.
Even almost every successful startup does the same. I worked with CarDekho. I experienced it personally. With CarDekho we built 9 other products. After a couple of tries, we understood others are not solving customer problems so we gave up on them and concentrated on CarDekho.
The Balance of Persistence:
I am not saying give up at the first sign of difficulty. I am saying to find the balance between staying focused on the goal and being flexible in the approach. Don't think persistence is bad. Be persistent on your goal, not the initial approach.
How do you strike a balance between persistence and adaptability in pursuing your goals?
