Running, Reflection, and Gratitude: A Humbling Experience
We often don't appreciate the things we have until we no longer have them. Last Sunday, while I was running near my hometown, I became dehydrated because of the humid weather. It made me realize how many things I take for granted.

I felt grateful for several things, such as:
1. The beautiful BHEL and the green surroundings where I can run.
2. My mother and wife. They do many things to ensure I had a great run, such as preparing refreshing drinks like lemon water or Sabja seeds water.
3. Having a car to drive back home after my run.
The list goes on, and I'm glad and thankful to God for having these privileges.
However, I learned many valuable lessons from that experience, especially the importance of staying hydrated during my run & I have many reasons to feel grateful and appreciative for all the things I have.
Let us appreciate and feel grateful for the many things we have, as they often go unnoticed until they're no longer within our reach.
