Amazing quote right? I can't say how much this quote is so close to my heart and how much I believe in it. Every day I used to interact with my team and keep this in my heart & mind. I don't know how much justice I did for it but my manager at CarDekho Ajay Jangir is a true example of it.

I don't remember what he said to me but I can't forget how he made me feel whenever I spoke to him and worked with him.

He always made me feel I matter, my opinions matter and my work matters.
