My Top 5 One-on-One Meeting Questions

🚀 Recently became a manager and feeling unsure about what questions to ask in One-on-One meetings.

🤔 Here are some that I personally find helpful:

1️⃣ As your manager, what would you like me to stop, start, or continue doing?

2️⃣ Are there any projects you’d really like to work on if you were given the opportunity?

3️⃣ What are your long-term goals? Have you thought about them?

4️⃣ What is the biggest challenge you are currently facing? How can I help with that?

5️⃣ Do you have any feedback for me?
