Is Job hopping a good strategy for everyone?

“Job hopping” has become increasingly popular in recent years, with many people advocating for changing jobs every few years. But is this really a good strategy for everyone?
Not everyone who is successful did the same. For example, if you observe a couple of famous CEOs like Satya nadella, Sundar Pichai & so many others didn’t switch jobs every 3 years.
Ask yourself this question “If you own a business do you give important positions to the person who stayed in your company for a long time or someone who switches every 3 years.”
I asked this question to several people. Almost all of them gave the same answer to the person who stayed in my company for a long time.
I am not saying don’t switch the company if your current job sucks, you are not seeing growth opportunities then better to switch the job but before switching do this.
Talk to your manager how you can go to the next level or work or the salary you are aspiring for. If there is no proper solution then switch.
If that is not the case then don’t switch jobs for the sake of switching.
