Think about the difference between mindlessly scrolling through social media and doing something with a clear purpose, like reading a book or pursuing a hobby.
When we mindlessly scroll through social media, we're just looking at things without any real reason or benefit.
On the other hand, when we engage in activities with a clear intention, like learning something new or working on personal growth, our energy is focused on something meaningful. This leaves us feeling energized and motivated.
Remember, every action we take is a chance to bring meaning and purpose into our lives. This can lead to more energy and a greater sense of fulfilment.
