CarDekho CPO Mausam recognized this common issue and once took the senior team out and explained how important it is to take time off. Slowly I understood how important it is. Now I take real time off. I make a conscious effort to avoid checking emails, resist work-related calls, and place my trust in my capable team to handle any urgent matters that may arise.
Due to this, my mental health got better. Additionally, this change had a profound effect on my team dynamics. As I exhibited trust in their abilities, they felt empowered and recognized their own value within the team.
