Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant
We often measure our life by our achievements and successes because of this we are so fixated on immediate results that lead to impatience & stress.

I am not saying outcomes are unimportant or that we shouldn't strive to achieve our goals. I am saying that rather than focusing on outcomes, focus on process.
If you go to the gym one day you won't get muscles right but if you go to the gym every day and enjoy that process you will eventually get muscles.
This way we are more likely to stay motivated and at the same time we learn from our mistakes too which will help us achieve our goals and at the same time we experience a sense of fulfilment every day.
So, what action did you take today towards your goal?
