Complaining won't make you a better leader but working on yourself will
Sometimes I meet folks who complain that my team is not good or I got a bad team.
That story is enough to destroy that whole team including him/her.

I usually ask them one question “if I give you the budget and full freedom do you think you can build a perfect team?”
The answer is no because you will have time constraints. Some people look good in interviews but in reality they are not like that. Some people are good individually but they are not good team players.
We all love to tell these disempowering stories to ourselves and to others instead of putting efforts.
First you need to understand you will never get perfect pitch or weather or team or unconstrained problems.
As a leader your job is to perform well with those constraints.
So stop complaining and start working on becoming a good leader.
