Beliefs are like Placebos
Our beliefs about ourselves work like a placebo effect. Sometimes we have beliefs that are not actually true, but we believe them anyway. And just like a placebo, these beliefs can have a real effect on us.

Let me give you an example. I used to believe that I couldn't wake up before 9 am. I believed this for a long time, and as a result, I never really tried to wake up earlier. I also used to believe that I didn't have time to exercise because I was too busy with work.
But then something happened. I realized that these beliefs were not actually true - they were just things that I had convinced myself of. So I decided to break my existing beliefs and try something new. I started waking up earlier, even though it was hard at first. And I made time for exercise, even if it meant sacrificing some work time.
And you know what? It worked. By changing my beliefs about myself and my abilities, I was able to become a lot fitter than my past self. I now have new beliefs that are more positive and empowering.
Don't hold onto beliefs that are holding you back. You have the power to change your beliefs at any time, just like I did. By doing so, you might just unlock a whole new level of potential that you never knew you had.
