Avoid being enslaved by the narratives you tell yourself
The stories we tell ourselves have the power to shape our lives. They can propel us forward, inspire us, and give us a sense of purpose. On the other hand, they can also hold us back, limit us, and create self-imposed barriers that prevent us from reaching our full potential.

We all have a story. It's the narrative that we've built up over the years about who we are, what we're capable of, and what we believe to be true about the world around us. Our story is shaped by our experiences, beliefs, and values, and it informs our thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
The problem is that sometimes our story can become a trap. We stop questioning our assumptions and start accepting them as the truth. We become slaves to our own story, and as a result, we limit ourselves in ways we don't even realize.
I used to tell a story to myself that “I have fear of meeting new people & visiting new places”. I told this story to myself so many times that it went to such a level that whenever I went to a new place I used to get fever.
This story limited me in many ways. Once I realized that this story was limiting me to reach my potential. I started questioning the story. I rewrote the story. Started doing things which align to the new story. Started small. Went trip with my friends changed me totally from that moment, there is no turning back.
By changing the stories you tell yourself, you can free yourself from the limitations of your past and open up new possibilities for your future. You can start to see yourself in a different light and take action towards the life you truly want.
