Are women really less dedicated and hardworking than men in the workplace?

Recently I was talking to a guy who said "I am not going to take women in my team". I was shocked after hearing it. I asked him why.
His reason is they don't do night outs.

That made me realize there are people who still believe these outdated views.
Also, his statement has 2 problems.

1. Night outs should happen rarely because of outages or some unforeseen reasons.
It is happening regularly which means poor planning and management.
We shouldn't expect people to sacrifice their personal lives.

2. Assumption that women are not as hardworking as men.

Manila, Charu, Gunjan, Gunjan, Jaspreet, Urvashi, Neha, Navneeta, Jyoti, Saranmai, Shital like this I can tell a long list of women whose dedication towards work is tremendous. I learned a lot from them.
