Adaptation and Reflection: Keys to Success and Growth
Sometimes it's all right to make decisions even if we don't know everything. Later on, when we learn more, we can adjust our decisions accordingly. We won't always have all the facts and leaders often take risks based on what they know at the time.

For example, let's say you think you are good at managing people because of your experience mentoring others. As you go on, you discover more about yourselves and gather more information. You might realize that you don't actually enjoy managing people or perhaps you do. It's important to be able to change your path based on this new understanding.
Regularly take time to think about yourself and your actions. Learn from your experiences and make changes when needed. If something isn't going well, change your direction. If something is working great, keep focusing on it.
Anyone can judge right from wrong when they have all the information. To achieve success in life, remember that decisions made with incomplete information can still be valuable and we should be open to adapting and changing as we gather more knowledge.
