Prepare weekly tasks or else you will work in reactive mode. In reactive mode, life will take you where it wants.
If you want to be captain of your ship means your life then being in proactive mode means preparing weekly tasks.
Better to organise & work on your weekly tasks as follows:
1. Work on urgent & important tasks as soon as possible so that you will get peace of mind.
2. Next target non-urgent & important where your growth lies.
3. Finally work on unimportant & urgent ones.
4. Try to eliminate or delegate or outsource non-urgent & unimportant tasks.
