Do you dread going to work because you can't stand your colleagues?
If so, it's time to change your perspective.
Recently I saw one post "Love your job, not your company". Great post. I totally agree with it.
But in the comments, some people are saying "Not only companies don't love your colleagues too".
I didn't get it.
As human beings, we are social creatures who thrive on interaction and connection.

Having good & healthy relationships with your colleagues will give you 3 things.
1. Enjoyable work environment
2. Productivity
3. new opportunities
